Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (TÖMER) started its operations with the decree published in the Official Gazette No. 28702 dated 9 July 2013. Our center was established to teach Turkish in the most effective way with modern language teaching methods to foreign students studying at our University and those who want to learn Turkish.

      The goals of our center include teaching Turkish to foreigners at home and abroad in the most effective way, introducing Turkey and Turkish culture, and pioneering research, application and publication activities on the teaching of Turkish and other languages and studies in these fields.
